Zerya®, zero-residue production systems

The Zerya^® brand aims to develop production systems that guarantee a quality final product without pesticide residues and ensure that all active matter found from analyses is below 0.01 ppm. How is this achieved? Committees carry out a technical study of crops and define action strategies to ensure compliance. The use of the distinctive brand is granted to certified companies and enables differentiation on the market. Audits are carried out by independent certification entities. According to the European Commission’s Law for the Restoration of Nature, the use of chemical pesticides must be reduced by 50% by 2030 so as to help build sustainable food systems, in line with the European Green Deal, and guarantee long-term food security.
