Turatti brings three big innovations to Fruit Logistica

The three big novelties that the Turatti group presented at Fruit Logistica 2016 in Berlin were:
- the 2016 version of the Frazer automatic de-stalking machine, a patented system that has won many prizes, which hulls strawberries and cuts them in half if required;
- the new Positano washer for leafy products, in which the spiral of water generated by the pumps spins the product around, submerging it delicately and achieving a perfect, efficient wash;
- the Titano multi-corer, a highly versatile model with different cutting heads that can perform a vast range of operations on numerous products such as cauliflowers, broccoli, cabbages, etc.
Foreign sales assistant Costanza Frezzato said:
“Turatti has always been a group that looks to innovation, based on constant synergies between the four divisions: Food Processing, Food Service, Automation and Dionysus. Another important new development is the opening of Turatti North America’s new headquarters in Salinas (California), which has strengthened our presence in the American and Canadian markets.”
