Taiwan Smart Agriweek, the ‘shepherd’ of smart agriculture
During its seven-year history, the agriculture and fishery exhibitions of the Taiwan Smart Agriweek have become an important B2B platform for the industry. This year’s events are drawing great attention. In view of efforts to recover from the pandemic, the event is expected to attract potential buyers from 30 countries with around 15,000 domestic and international visitors.
“Go Smart, Grow Together”
This is the core vision of the Taiwan Smart Agriweek. The seamless cooperation among industries, government, universities, and academic research groups led to the co-creation of an agri-food production chain that shaped these exhibitions. The exhibition will feature eight pavilions: Smart Agriculture Technology, Sustainable & Circular Livestock, Eco-Friendly Farming, Smart Livestock Farming, Precision Livestock Farming, Nutrition and Health, Agriculture Cold Chain, and Agrifood Processing & Integration Services. This year, exhibitors will be able to connect with overseas buyers online using advanced technology. A live broadcast platform will provide a seamless display of the commodities on show to ensure that business matchmaking is operable throughout the exhibition. Like last year, there will be an on-site exhibition and a 24-hour virtual online exhibition.
