The latest estimates of crop production for Spain’s 2017-18 campaign indicates declines in almost all crops from the previous campaign. The season was nevertheless considered to be quite a good one. The greatest drop was in satsuma (-26.9%), followed by clementine (-17.6%), orange (-7.8%), lemon (-6.8%) and mandarin hybrids (-3%). The group of tangerines, in general, fell by 14.8. The only rise was in grapefruit production (+6.5%).
