RSA apple and pear exporters celebrate deal with India

A breakthrough has been made in negotiations to allow South African apples and pears to be exported to India via in-transit cold treatment. The deal is expected to shorten the process of getting the fruit on the market place and reduce costs. The move follows a successful season for South African top fruit in India.
