Registrations now open for ASIA FRUIT LOGISTICA

Asia Fruit Logistica is to return in 2018, on 5-7 September at Hong Kong’s AsiaWorld-Expo. Exhibitors can register now to secure their stand at Asia’s biggest gathering of the international fresh produce business under one roof. At ASIA FRUIT LOGISTICA 2017, more than 13,000 professionals from 76 different countries attended, constituting a rise in visitors of 16%. 70 per cent of attendees came from Asia, representing 20 different markets across the Asia-Pacific region. Exhibitor numbers were up by more than 150, with a total of 813 exhibitors from 43 different countries. Visitors and exhibitors can look forward to an even bigger show in 2018. The event will kick off on Tuesday 4 September with ASIAFRUIT CONGRESS, Asia’s premier fresh produce conference.

In the last 20 years, fresh fruit imports to key Asian markets have risen by 163%, to 10.8 million tons. Meanwhile, in the same period, fresh fruit exports to all destinations from the key Asian markets, mostly in and around Asia, increased by 195%, to 7.6 million tons.
