Madrid Fusión Alimentos de España exhibition to be held in January

The Madrid Fusión Alimentos de España gastronomic exhibition will be held between January 23 and 25, 2023, returning to its traditional first month of the year after two years of the pandemic. Madrid Fusión will bring together haute cuisine figures and new chefs at the Madrid IFEMA fairgrounds, and will showcase new trends and avant-garde trends, in an exhibition space of more than 25,000 square metres.

The “gastronomic summit” will reinforce its experiential content and offer more training spaces, in addition to being broadcast over the internet to reach all corners of the world. Madrid Fusión celebrated its twentieth edition in March, with 16,500 visitors, 1,171 congressmen in the main auditorium and 1,038 journalists from all over the world.
