Kiwiberries land in India

Indian consumers are set to get their first taste of kiwiberries when the novel fruit arrives on the sub-continent from New Zeland this week. The first container is of Freshmax New Zealand’s Munch’n range and will be marketed by Suri Agro Fresh, a specialist in products from New Zealand. Demand for berries has been rising in India in recent years where the fruit is promoted prominently on social media platforms.
