Barcelona hosted first international food systems summit

The summit took place in Barcelona at the Palacio de Congresos de Montjuïc. It had the participation of national and international experts from a key sector for the European and international economy such as agri-food. Likewise, the summit had representation of political leaders from various countries, the European Union and the participation of the Minister of Agriculture, Luís Planas, among other prominent national and international personalities.
On November 24, a press conference was held at the modernist Sant Pau site to publicize the celebration of the summit with the participation of Mr. José Luís Bonet, president of the Incyde Foundation, of the Spanish Chamber of Commerce, representatives of the Generalitat de Catalunya and the Barcelona City Council, among others.
