AgroTech Cítricos fair for digitisation of citrus sector

The first edition of the AgroTech Cítricos fair will be on 8 and 9 June 2022 in the Espacio Baladre of Gandía beach (Valencia). The event is aimed at the digital transformation of all operators in the national citrus ecosystem, covering the 4 links of the agri-food chain: production, processing industry, marketing and distribution.

The event takes place against a backdrop in which citrus companies find themselves in a severely compromised position in this time of rising production costs, galloping inflation, pandemic, war, restrictions on products to deal with pests and diseases, greater environmental requirements, imports from non-EU countries companies and low prices. Digital transformation is the only weapon with which to deal with these problems and the only strategy capable of guaranteeing increased profitability.
