Before February 2022, experts were rather optimistic about the development of Russia’s FMCG market. It seemed that global trends, such as sustainability concerns and a shift toward healthier products, had taken hold among Russian consumers. Unfortunately, all the projections have been overturned as price awareness is now the leading factor influencing most consumer behaviour.
