8th US Plant Genomics & Gene Editing Congress
This year’s US Plant Genomics & Gene Editing Congress will be held on 19th and 20th October in Raleigh-Durham. The Congress will explore novel strategies and developments in plant genomics and gene editing through a series of case studies and an examination of the latest scientific research. Leaders from academia and industry will consider key developments in gene editing technologies such as CRISPR/Cas9 and TALEN and discuss its application in improving disease resistance, stress tolerance and crop yield.
This meeting will be co-located with the 5th Partnerships in Biocontrol & Biostimulants Congress: USA and the Microbiome for Agriculture Congress: USA.
The 2020 programme is structured to create a collaborative environment where you can build on existing relationships and develop new partnerships in industry and academia across the full range of plant research.
-
Attend case studies explaining how research institutions and agri-biotech are using gene-editing technologies like CRISPR to advance their research
-
Learn how to deliver biomolecules, without transgene integration, into plant cells for diverse plant biotechnology applications
-
Discover how you can engineer disease resistance without damaging yield
-
Track hop to discover the latest in plant microbiome research, biocontrol, biostimulants and biopesticides.
-
