EW GROUP purchases Planasa
Planasa has been acquired by German EW Group in a deal worth €900 million. Planasa, based in Navarra (Spain) is a world leader in obtaining and propagating various varieties of berries and other vegetables such as garlic, asparagus, and avocados, supplying customers in more than 25 countries.
