SACMI, presents in Fruit Logistica the TF22 dul-head tray former

Visitors to SACMI Packaging & Chcoolate stand at Fruit Logistica (Hall 4.1 Stand A40) can look forward to a preview of the TF22 dual-head tray former. This new-concept, single-motor solution features mechanical synchronization of all movements and ensures maximum precision at speeds as high as 90 trays per minute per lane (180 in total, resulting in 10,800 trays/h). The TF22 former allows for various types of output – continuous, single, stacked, etc. – and ensures fast, user-friendly size changeovers, no more than 30 minutes per head: an agile solution with a small footprint, perfect for handling small production batches. What’s more, an increase in the maximum dimensions of workable blanks means greater versatility when managing complex packaging geometries such as trays with lids on one side, half-lids and/or with handles.
