Covirán opens 7 new stores in February

Spanish retailer Covirán continues to expand its network of local store, with seven new neighbourhood supermarkets opening in February alone, six in Spain in Andalusia, the Basque Country and Catalonia, and one in the district of Lisbon, Portugal. These establishments have generated 26 jobs and increased the sales room offer to customers by 2,587 square metres.

In Portugal, Paginas Abundantes opens its second Covirán supermarket in Lisbon, with a 90-square-metre sales room with self-service meat, charcuterie, fresh produce and bakery sections. This opening has generated three jobs.
